Hey thanks a bunch dude, really appreciate yr comments! Yeah i tend to go for the sketchy, unfinished style...so long as the composition looks okay. Most of em are random sketches; so i guess they're pretty much stand alone...one of the distinct characters i'm solid on is the Bastard, ...think i could develop the whole story n'shit further, and the other being the 'strappin young lad'. The watercolor's a simple trick really...but it gets harder and harder to control it.
Hey Bud, Just wanted to say that I really like your sketches. They're gritty. I was wondering if they're preliminary sketches for a larger work or are they stand alone? I definitely think they can stand alone as finished works, especially the ones where you add some spot colour or the accents of watercolour. really cool, keep up the good work.
